The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre is delighted to introduce the NMACC Arts Cafe, a dynamic dining destination where favourite classics meet culture and creativity. In line with Founder & Chairperson Mrs. Nita Ambani’s vision of bringing the best of India and the world, the café offers a rich array of flavours drawing from global influences and childhood memories, bridging the gap between nostalgia and contemporary charm. The perfect retreat between visits to the Art House and the theatres, the café makes space for shared culinary journeys where food, culture and conversations come together.
Nestled next to the Art House on Level 3, NMACC Arts Cafe is a reflection of Isha Ambani’s deep love for art, and her fond memories of food being a connecting thread between loved ones. The café has been designed to give friends, families, and those exploring the Cultural Centre a chance to unwind and connect over signature dishes from popular Indian & international cuisines – all enjoyed in a thoughtfully designed space surrounded by an array of captivating artworks.
Designed by celebrated interior designer Gauri Khan, it brings a seamless blend of refined elegance and raw, natural elements. Defined by Art Deco details, its sophisticated palette of earthy tones — beiges, browns, and greens — creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, while ornate brass-and-gold patterns and luxurious light fixtures add a touch of glamour. The centerpiece of the space is a stunning 16-foot bar with a fluid wave-like outline and a striking skylight that bathes the café in sunlight, evoking both serenity and style.
At NMACC Arts Cafe, guests can indulge in an exquisite range of world cuisines alongside reimagined classics, drawing inspiration from Asian, European, and Indian food traditions. From soothing soups and artisanal hot and cold plates to extravagant desserts and epicurean delights, every offering sparks conversation and connection.
At the helm of the cafe’s gastronomic vision are Chef Joy Bhattacharya, Head of Culinary Services at Jio World Centre, and Chef Tarang Joshi, who leads the culinary team at NMACC Arts Cafe. Together, their expertise and passion for innovation are reflected in every dish at the cafe, effortlessly blending tradition with creativity.
Complementing the food is an expertly curated lineup of drinks, ranging from trendy craft cocktails and handpicked international wines to bespoke mocktails and gourmet coffee. The café’s skilled mixologists and sommeliers ensure that every meal is elevated with the perfect pairing, serving a sensory feast that is as indulgent as unforgettable.
In addition to its exceptional aesthetic, NMACC Arts Cafe features stunning works by celebrated artists like Damien Hirst, Dia Mehhta Bhupal, Sameer Kulavoor, Jennifer.
Guidi, Takashi Murakami, Rana Begum and Nor Black Nor White, offering guests a visual feast alongside a culinary one. The café’s expansive al fresco terrace provides panoramic views of the ‘Fountain of Joy’, making it one of BKC’s most exclusive rooftop destinations. For those seeking a more exclusive experience, it also includes a luxe 12-seater private dining room with a live kitchen, ideal for intimate gatherings and personalised offerings. Whether dining indoors or outdoors, every visit here promises a unique experience. Tucked away on the side, a special lounge invites visitors to unwind with a book and a beverage, complete with a dedicated coffee bar.
The cafe takes on a new energy over the weekend with entertainment and special menu additions. Its Sunday brunches will be a standout highlight, making for the ideal weekend escape to relax and enjoy great food in the company of friends and family, with special treats and fun-filled activities to delight the little ones.
